On our website www.iccbooks.com, you can click on the “add to cart” icon to add books to the shopping basket. The shopping basket will carry your items around while you browse the website until you choose to checkout. You can also change the quantity on the basket page (you need to update the shopping basket after you change the quantity). Once you have all the books you need, you click on “proceed to check out” to confirm Shipping & Billing Address, to select Payment & Shipping methods and to confirm your order. We will send you the purchased books upon reception of payment.
N.B. In accordance with the French Act on Data Processing, Data Files and Individual Liberties (Loi informatique et libertés) from 1978, you are free to access and change information you provide at any time. Simply log into your account in order to change, update or correct your data.
2) How can I find a publication on the website?
Just type a keyword in the “search site” tab and click on >> or hit enter. You can search by keyword (i.e. Incoterms or UCP) or publication number (560 or 600)
3) What if I have forgotten my password?
Simply click on “Access your account”. Under the button “sign into your account” you will find an option "Forgotten your password?" to reset your password by clicking on “click here”. Just click, enter the email address you used when signing up and we will send you an email with a new password (that you can change after logging into your account).
4) What are the payment methods?
Credit Card You may pay with Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard or American Express online or by fax.
Cheque Please print your order and send it by post along with a cheque (payable to ICC Services) to ICC Services/Publications, 38 Cours Albert 1er, 75008 Paris, France.
Bank Transfer Please print your order which contains our full banking details, and fax it with a copy of your remittance advice to +33 1 49 53 29 02. Our banking information is as follows:

5) Can I receive a pro-forma invoice before sending my payment instructions?
You can issue a pro-forma invoice on the website www.iccbooks.com . Just follow the steps as if you wish to place an order but do not pay at the end. If you wish to receive a pro-forma on ICC letterhead paper, please send us the reference of the unpaid order by email: pub@iccwbo.org.
6) What are the delivery methods and costs and how long does it take to receive my books?
You may choose between:
Priority airmail - 2 to 3 weeks maximum, 30% will be added to the total cost
Express courier service - 1 week maximum, 35% will be added to the total cost
Delivery to France only:
Poste ordinaire - 2 weeks maximum, 15% will be added to the total cost
Colissimo - 1 week maximum, 20% will be added to the total cost
7) What kind of taxes do I have to pay?
France only
5.5% Value Added Tax will be added to all purchases, except for electronic products, for which VAT is 19.6%.

European Union
Customers from the EU should indicate their intra-community VAT number (in ‘billing information'), without which VAT will be added. You can type the VAT number without spaces or points between the digits.
Other countries:
No VAT will be added.
8) I cannot access the payment page, what could be the problem?
A red asterisk indicates which field needs to be completed.

10) Is there a discount for bulk orders?
We offer discounts for bulk orders on a case-by-case basis. Contact us directly with details of quantity and publications at pub@iccwbo.org.
11) What is your return policy?
If you receive a wrong or damaged publication, please inform us ASAP by sending a message to pub@iccwbo.org. We will send you a correct/replacement copy at our expense. All returned items (except damaged ones) must be in resalable condition. Credits will not be given nor returned products accepted two months from the date of invoice. All requests for credits must be within the same two month period. We cannot accept returns of CD-ROMs or diskettes if the package has been opened.
12) What is your copyright policy?
All ICC publications, software products and ebooks are copyrighted by International Chamber of Commerce, ICC. Accordingly, ICC holds all rights as defined by the French Code of Intellectual Property. No parts of our publications may be reproduced, stored in or introduced into a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form, or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, scanning, recording or otherwise) without the prior written permission of ICC Services/Publications. If you wish to reproduce parts of an ICC publication, please contact pub@iccwbo.org.
13) What is an eBook?
An eBook is an electronic book that you can read on a computer. When you purchase an eBook, you will receive an email which enables you to download your eBook by simply clicking on the provided link. All you need is an internet connection and Adobe Digital Editions 1.7.1 or higher, which can be downloaded for free on the Adobe website.

14) What are the Incoterms?
INternational COmmercial TERMS (Incoterms) are standard trade definitions most commonly used in international sales contracts. ICC’s Incoterms are currently being revised. The revision, Incoterms 2010, will be available in late 2010. For more information, visit the official Incoterms website www.incoterms.org.
15) Are the texts of ICC publications available online?
Some of the ICC codes and rules are available for consultation online on the ICC home page (www.iccwbo.org). The majority of our publications cannot be consulted online but some are available in eBook format (for more information, please refer to the eBook FAQs). 16) Do ICC publications exist in languages other than those on the web site?
A number of ICC publications have been translated into various languages by ICC National Committees (particularly Incoterms and UCP).
